Website — Data we collect

We do not collect personal data through forms or user accounts. This site is fully static and does not require login or registration.

Website — Cookies and analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies and does not collect any personal data. It only records anonymized, aggregated usage metrics: pages visited, time spent, referral source, country and device type. All analytics data is stored on our own server located in Germany (Hetzner Cloud, EU). No data is shared with any third party.

Website — Affiliate links

Some pages contain affiliate links to products on Amazon and other retailers. When you click these links and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. These links are clearly marked with rel="nofollow" attributes.

Website — Third-party services

This site is hosted on our own server (Hetzner Cloud, Germany, EU). Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may collect technical data (IP address, browser type) as part of their normal operation.

App — Data collection

The Calisthenics Corner app does not collect any personal data about you: nothing can be used to identify you.

All the personal information you enter in the app (progress, training history, preferences, and detailed onboarding answers such as weight or height) stays exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. The only data transmitted is strictly anonymous audience-measurement data, as described in the next section.

App — Analytics

To understand how the app is used and to improve it, we measure app usage with TelemetryDeck, a service provided by TelemetryDeck GmbH, a company based in Germany (European Union). All data is processed within the EU.

The information sent is anonymous: usage and interaction events within the app, deliberately coarse, aggregated profile attributes you provide during onboarding (for example your training level, training frequency or age range, never your exact age, never your name, never your raw weight or height), and basic technical details (app version, device model, iOS version, language and region).

The identifier used is an anonymized device identifier (hashed and rotated regularly). It is not an advertising identifier: the IDFA is never used, and the app shows no ads.

This data is never linked to your identity, is not used for advertising or tracking, and is never sold or shared with data brokers. The detailed answers you enter during onboarding (weight, height, and so on) stay stored locally on your device and are not transmitted.

The sole purpose is audience measurement and understanding where users drop off (for instance during onboarding), so we can improve the app. There is no advertising profiling.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in measuring audience and improving the product. Because the data is anonymous, the processing is designed to fall under the audience-measurement exemption recognized by the CNIL (the French data protection authority), and no consent banner is required.

App — User accounts

The app does not require you to create an account, log in, provide an email address, or share any identifier. Access is completely anonymous.

App — In-app purchases

Future versions of the app may offer in-app purchases. These transactions are managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We never receive your banking or payment information.

App — Minors

The app is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect any data from minors.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal data we may hold. Since we do not collect personal data, this is unlikely to apply. If you have concerns, contact us at the email above.

Subprocessors

To run the website and the app, we rely on a small number of service providers (subprocessors). Each one is used only for the purpose described below, and where data is involved it is processed within the European Union:

TelemetryDeck (TelemetryDeck GmbH, Germany): app audience measurement, based on anonymous data. Privacy policy: telemetrydeck.com/privacy.

Hetzner (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany): hosting for the website and our self-hosted tools (the site's Umami analytics).

Apple: handling of any in-app purchases through StoreKit. We never receive your banking or payment information.

Google Fonts: delivery of the website's fonts.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will trigger an in-app notification and the revision date on this page will be updated.
